			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>For my first post I figure I better introduce myself just in case someone out there reads my blog about my new workout. If you have ever watched any tv in the last years, no doubt you have seen an infomercial for Beachbody workout DVDs. I bought my first one about 5 years ago&#8230; Turbo Jam was delivered to my door and I loved it! Yep I was a little clumsy at first but got the hang of it and kept up with Chalene pretty nicely.<br />
I lost 60 pounds with Turbo Jam and Weight Watchers. After a few years of off and on WW I got tired of counting points and it fell to the side. I kept up my treadmill workout (and am happy to say I got to where I was running and not just walking) and Turbo Jam. Well life happened and I got back 30 of those pounds. That&#8217;s what you get when you stop exercising and eat when the heck you want to. I know BAD BAD!!!</p>
<p>My motivation kicked in about 8 weeks ago and I went back to the Beachbody website&#8230; started looking around and found they had Coach opportunities. WOW What could be better to get myself back in shape and help others do the same??</p>
<p>My new workout is ChaLEAN Extreme&#8230; just got it and started it Tues night. I will start blogging about the workouts and what weights I use. I am still learning what size weights to use for each exercise. I have never done any weight training so I am starting out low&#8230;light..between 3-10 pds. I am going to make a list of the exercises and what weights I use so I can see the progress. This is my first blog and I am figuring out how to make it look good so give me a little time to figure things out.</p>
